Ingredients
- 1kg of potatoes (boiled)
- 2 carrots (diced)
- 2 onions (diced)
- 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp of dried thyme
- 1 cup of (frozen) green breens
- 1 cup of frozen peas
- 1.5 cup of red lentils
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 2 tsp of Worcestershire or soy sauce
- 1 liter of bullion
- 1 cup of canned corn
- salt and pepper to taste
Steps
Boil the potatoes
Peel and quarter potatoes. Boil until fork tender and then mash. Set aside.
Make the filling
Add a skillet of medium-high heat with some oil and saute the onion. once translucent add the garlic. Once the garlic is freaguent add the bullion, spices and other ingrediets. Reduce until the garlic have little bite left.
Baking the dish
Transfer the mixture to a oven dish and layer the mashed potatoes on top then cook the dish in a preheated oven at 200c for 20 minutes, the potatoes should start to brown.
