Roasted Garlic Salad Dressing

A roasted, creamy salad dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 bulb of garlic
  • .5 cup of cashews raw, soaked in hot water for 30 minutes
  • .5 cup of soy milk
  • 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp of hemp seeds
  • .5 a lemons worth of juice
  • .5 tbsp of mustard

Steps

Roasting the Garlic

Take the garlic and cut the top off so all cloves are opened up. Cover in some oil, pepper and salt and roast in the oven at 200c for 30-40 minutes.

Making the Dressing

Once the garlic is roasted, simply "squeeze" the contents out into a blender, then add the remaining ingredients and mix.
