Ingredients
- 1 block of tempeh (diced or sliced)
- 0.3 cup of oil
- 0.5 a cup of ketchap
- 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
Steps
Steaming
Dice or slice the tempeh to the desired shape and steam for 10-15 minutes.
Marinading
While the tempeh is steaming create a marinade by combining the galic, oil and ketchap together. Add in the tempeh blocks and store in the fridge once cooled down for at least two hours.
Baking the tempeh
Preheat the oven to 200c and once warm add the temph in the oven for around 10 minutes or cook on a skillet for 5-10 minutes. You can cook them longer if you want a crunchy-like texture.
