Ingredients
- 4 stalks green onion
- 4 shallots
- 1/4 cup grated ginger
- 1 cup grapeseed oil
- 1 tsp salt
Steps
Preperation
Roughly chop the green onions. Separate the white parts from the green parts.
Peel and slice the shallots.
Grate the fresh ginger.
Cooking
In a small saucepan, heat up the grapeseed oil on medium high.
Add the ginger, the remaining green onion, and salt.
Cook until the shallots are golden brown.
Carefully pour the oil into a heat resistant container using a sieve
to catch the solid ingredients.
