Ingredients
- 1 cup of carrots
- 2 cups of potatoes
- 1.5 cup of soy milk
- 2 tbsp of nutritional yeast
- 2 wedges of lemon juice
- .25 tsp of salt
- .25 tsp of turmeric
- .5 tsp of garlic powder
- .5 tsp of onion powder
Steps
Preperation
Put a large pot of water on the stove and dice the carrots and potatoes and add them to the pot.
Cooking
Bring the water to a boil and cook the vegetables until tender.
Blend
Drain the vegetables and add them to the blender with the spices. Blend until smooth.
