Ingredients
- .5 cup of cooked brown rice
- 1 large shallot
- 2 gloves of minced garlic
- 1 can of black beans
- 1/3 cup of rolled oats
- 1 tbsp of chili powder
- 1 tbsp of steak/bbq sauce
- 1 tsp of cumic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
Saute vegetables
Dice the shallot and garlic, saute for two minutes till translucent.
Process ingredients
Add all ingredients to the food processor and pulse to combine.
Char the burgers
With some oil cook the burgers for 3-4 minutes on each side and top with additional spices.
Baking
Bake the burgers in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 175c.
